REFUND POLICY

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size, color, or style chosen at checkout
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Normal wear and tear

Please double-check your size, color, and artwork details before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is:

  • Misprinted (wrong design, placement, or missing print)
  • Defective (holes, tears, faulty seams)
  • Damaged during shipping

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@Bulkprintedtees.com with: order number, photos of the issue and description of the problem.

Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost, OR issue store credit for the affected products.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
  • Changes: If you need to update sizes, colors, or artwork, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate if production hasn’t started.

Bulk & Organizational Orders

For bulk/agency orders (DPR uniforms, staff/volunteer/first responder tees, etc.):

  • We provide a digital proof for approval prior to printing when applicable.
  • Once approved, the order is final and cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping & Return Process

If your return is approved for defective/misprinted items we will provide a return label or request destruction photos (to avoid return shipping costs). Replacements are shipped within 7–10 business days.
