Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size, color, or style chosen at checkout
- Change of mind after purchase
- Normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is:
- Misprinted (wrong design, placement, or missing print)
- Defective (holes, tears, faulty seams)
- Damaged during shipping
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
- Changes: If you need to update sizes, colors, or artwork, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate if production hasn’t started.
Bulk & Organizational Orders
For bulk/agency orders (DPR uniforms, staff/volunteer/first responder tees, etc.):
- We provide a digital proof for approval prior to printing when applicable.
- Once approved, the order is final and cannot be returned unless defective.
Shipping & Return Process
If your return is approved for defective/misprinted items we will provide a return label or request destruction photos (to avoid return shipping costs). Replacements are shipped within 7–10 business days.
